Clinique Sioufi Urologie is hiring for its Westmount and Châteauguay clinics. Three positions are open: secretary, nurse, and specialized nurse practitioner (SNP).
Secretary
Locations: Westmount and Châteauguay
You are the first point of contact for our patients, on the phone and at the front desk. We are looking for an organized, welcoming person to support a medical team specialized in urology.
Your role

Welcome patients and answer calls

Manage appointments and physicians’ schedules

Prepare and keep medical records up to date

Handle administrative follow-up and billing
Your profile

Training in medical secretarial work or equivalent experience
-
French and English, spoken and written
-
Service-minded, discreet and detail-oriented

Comfortable with computer tools and electronic medical records

Nurse
Locations: Westmount and Châteauguay
You support patients before, during and after their in-clinic procedures. You work alongside urologists in a private setting where there is time to do things right.
Your role

Assess patients and prepare procedure rooms

Assist urologists during minor procedures and examinations

Teach patients about their care and ensure post-procedure follow-up

Uphold sterilization and safety standards
Your profile

Member in good standing of the OIIQ
-
Experience in urology, day surgery or a clinic setting is an asset

French and English, spoken and written

Autonomy, empathy and sound clinical judgment

Locations: Westmount and Châteauguay
You practise with full clinical autonomy with a urology patient population. You assess, diagnose and treat, working directly with our urologists.
Your role

Assess patients, make diagnoses and set treatment plans

Prescribe tests, medications and treatments

Follow patients and ensure continuity of care

Help improve the team’s clinical practices
Your profile

Member in good standing of the OIIQ, holding an SNP specialist certificate

Strong interest in urology; relevant experience is an asset
